Before joining Growth Operators, Keri had no med device experience, but since joining, she has organized due diligence in preparation for the sale of a med device company, staying on after the transaction to ease the transition and hire a new controller. Keri has also led an engagement setting up a stand-alone med device company after their roll-out from Medtronic, assisting the CFO with preparing transactional accounting and readying for their initial audit, hiring, and accounting and expense reporting systems. As interim Controller, she has supported a SAAS company and a professional services firm, working through staffing changes, process, and reporting improvements, and preparing information for completion of financial audits with banks and CPA firms.
