Stephanie is a highly driven team player who believes in utilizing best practices to achieve successful results and company growth. She believes building strong relationships is the key to success in business and life. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping for privately-owned small to mid-sized companies. She enjoys working with startup businesses to position them for growth by implementing vital business practices. She’s a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for accounting and bookkeeping. Stephanie also serves as the treasurer for Hopeful Halo’s Foundation, a non-profit organization that raises funds to support research for a cure for Angelman Syndrome.

Her primary focus at Growth Operators is supporting cash-flow through timely invoicing and effectively managing account receivables.
