Amy enjoys doing whatever it takes to make a company grow, from reconciling daily transactions to creating and implementing a new strategic vision. She brings over 20 years of accounting, financial analysis, and operations experience in industries from a small private high school to the retail powerhouse Target. As a results-oriented leader, she identifies opportunities to mitigate vulnerabilities and grow profitability, develop the action plan with key partners, and then execute those plans to deliver growth.
She’s primarily responsible for recording daily business transactions as well as managing the monthly close process and financial reporting. Amy manages the A/R, A/P, banking, and insurance processes and execution. Additionally, she’s responsible for accounting operations including project time tracking and client onboarding.
