With over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries and company sizes, Julie has spent the past 10 years providing human resources consulting for over 75 companies across the United States and Canada. Because of her extensive understanding of metrics and productivity, she shifted into human resources executive positions with a focus on maximizing the workforce potential. This included how to recruit and retain the industry top talent by developing transformational cultures and total compensation packages. Her key strengths focus on how organizations can incorporate effective communication practices into their work in order to proactively avoid issues, leading to increased employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

I have managed strategic organizational design projects, which have included maximizing the use of job families, functional competencies, talent acquisition, and succession planning. I have an eye for quickly identifying areas for improvement and successfully working with cross-functional teams on change management and implementation.

I have conducted employee engagement surveys and strategies which produced measurable actions plans and organizational commitment to change. Delicate, high-profile HR situations require skill and the expertise to find solutions. I have experience in mediation and have the required empathy to navigate situations to find the best result for all involved. I'm prepared to tackle large-scale initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a more creative and innovative environment.
