Kim is a results-oriented Human Resources Leader with a proven track record of achieving results within public, private, and PE-backed organizations. She has experience working with rapidly scaling organizations, as well as partnering with executive leadership through mergers and acquisitions. Throughout her extensive HR career, she has been successful in leading change management initiatives, culture development and training, business strategy, total rewards, DE&I, talent acquisition, and retention.

Kim’s strong communication skills and follow-through have earned her the reputation of being a trusted advisor to leaders. Her primary focus is finding solutions that fit the organizations with whom she works. She has a passion for helping companies nurture strong partnerships between HR and the rest of the business to create a culture of trust, empowerment, and opportunity for success for both the company and its employees.

I take pride in understanding the goals and objectives of an organization and then aligning the HR strategy accordingly. By driving efficiencies and improved processes, I believe each department has the ability to impact the bottom line and grow revenue. I provide HR metrics that are meaningful to the business, which help the company navigate as they grow. From organizational design, successional planning, and developing empowering cultures, I believe HR plays a critical role in managing a company’s biggest asset – its people.

Talent Acquisition, Development, & Retention

I enjoy helping businesses attract and retain talent by identifying what sets them apart from their competition and makes them an employer of choice. From implementing DE&I focused college recruiting strategies to developing career paths to implementing training and development programs, I partner with organizations to enhance the overall employee experience.

Project Management

I am adept at successfully managing complex projects, including HRIS RFPs and integrations. I accomplish this through frequent and clear channels of communication, monitoring budgets and timelines, and effectively managing vendors. I feel it’s equally important to manage expectations within the organization and keeping leadership apprised of progress and challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

I strive to help companies build competitive, yet cost-effective compensation and benefit plans to enhance their employees’ total compensation packages. I have deep experience in managing compensation processes, compensation analysis, and evaluating and implementing benefits programs. My background includes working with Long Term Incentive Plans, deferred compensation, and stock programs, as well.
