With 25 years of experience in the HR field, Mike recognizes that the best solutions are often identified by the people closest to the action. The secret sauce is in the implementation, change management, and continuous improvement.


Organizational Development

One of the toughest, but most important actions a leadership team can take is create clarity for candidates and employees on what the company values and the behaviors that lead to individual and collective success. I work with teams to create that clarity and implement programs that sustain results over the long term.

Talent Strategy & Execution

The talent strategy is an extension of the business strategy and should be collectively developed and owned by the leadership team. I am passionate about partnering with leaders to develop and activate the strategy through a tightly connected set of processes and tools from branding to talent acquisition and development and succession planning (and others!)

HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you share responsibility for delivering the goals of your client group, not just your functional goals. I work to align resources to ensure delivery of the people-related goals. However, I take the most pride in collaborating with others to deliver on the most important work for the business, regardless of function.

Performance & Rewards

The best performers want their performance to matter. They want to have conversations with their managers about the impact they make and how they can improve. And they certainly want to be rewarded for what they deliver. Although it has received a bad name in recent years, I have implemented performance management and reward systems (people, process, and technology) that are simple, engaging, and drive performance for the company.
