Pahoua is a seasoned, successful HR Manager experienced with delivering strategic guidance in organizational constructs, employee development and enterprise efficiency. Additionally, she also has experienced with assessing and assuring that the tools for diversity development, employment policy and practices, on and off-boarding, talent management, and successful opportunities are effective, legally compliant, and supportive of the expectations of the business.

Key to Pahoua’s success has been her strong viewpoint that the HR function must be valued as an integral partner in shaping, developing, and executing a company’s core strategies.

I'm experienced with managing, coordinating, quality control, and administration of employee benefits programs including the review and evaluation of job requests for existing and newly created positions. Additionally, I have also provided compensation related leadership in the areas of compensation data analysis, reward systems, pay-for performance plans, collective agreements, and personnel procedures.

It's been my experience that adult learning is not a straightforward concept. I have developed and implemented effective best practices for managerial coaching and employee relationship management.

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)

D&I is now widely accepted and discussed. I believe that diversity serves a valuable function in organizations. Working with leadership, I've created 5-year plans with D&I goals for overcoming resistance, and gaining acceptance, commitment, and accountability.


Staying up to date with the changing job industry standards is important and should be revisited on an annual basis. I have reviewed, evaluated, and developed recommendations for corrective actions to improve the efficiency of HR operations, effectiveness of policies, and compliance with procedures and regulations for a variety of industries from small to medium size employers.
