Tony has gained a broad range of finance and accounting experience over the last decade from having been a part of the management team in many small to mid-size companies. He thrives on identifying and improving processes to maximize efficiencies, as well as integrating new technologies. Tony started his career building a business from the ground up, understands what it takes, and is not reluctant to assist in any part of your organization.
My passion is to help teams be more efficient by understanding the pain points in the current processes within an organization. Identifying the pain points not only calls out a starting point but encourages cross-team communication for overall process conversations. Improving and implementing processes to help leverage existing technologies within the company not only eases the day-to-day efforts of the team but ultimately will assist in growing the bottom line.
My experience in financial planning comes from assisting multiple companies with major overhauls in their financial infrastructure. Creating budgets, cash flow reports, and forecasting models helps understand where you are, how you got there, AND where you're going to be. Having an open and collaborative mindset to financial planning is where I bring the most value to the team. It's not only about creating spreadsheets but interacting with the entire organization to enact positive financial change.
Not all systems are created equal. Throughout my career, I have assisted in implementing many systems in AP automation, expense management, and virtual dashboards to ultimately make an organization more efficient and effective in their financial processes. The first step in implementing new systems is to understand how the existing infrastructure of information flows. From there we can identify the most efficient resource for the process/project. Taking a thoughtful and diligent approach to any new system integration within an organization pays dividends for everyone in the end.
