Amy enjoys doing whatever it takes to grow a company, from reconciling daily transactions to creating and implementing a new strategic vision. She brings over 20 years of accounting, financial analysis, and operations experience in industries ranging from a small private high school to the retail powerhouse Target. As the Growth Operators Controller, Amy identifies opportunities to reduce risk and grow profitability, develops action plans with key partners, and executes those plans to deliver growth.
She’s primarily responsible for recording daily business transactions, managing the monthly close process, and providing financial reporting. Amy also manages the A/R, A/P, banking, tax, and insurance processes and execution. Additionally, she’s responsible for accounting operations, including project time tracking and client onboarding.
