Something You Should Know
In 2024, I purchased a 7lb coffee roaster and started roasting my own coffee for family and friends.
Matt is a finance leader with a proven record of transforming financial operations, systems, and strategy across manufacturing, Investment firms, and technology sectors. As a Manager in Growth Operators’ Finance Practice, he partners with clients to elevate financial literacy across their organizations — aligning insights, performance, and profitability.
He has led initiatives spanning seven business units and three manufacturing facilities identifying and correcting waste and loss, driving improved business efficiency and operational transparency. Matt also manages consolidated reporting and organizes annual inventory revaluations to ensure accuracy and informed decision-making.
A passionate educator, Matt currently teaches Corporate Finance at Harvard University. He has also taught Financial Statement Analysis and served as a teaching assistant for Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Corporate Finance. His approach blends academic rigor with real-world application — empowering business leaders to make data-driven decisions that create measurable value.
