Something You Should Know
I grew up in a Military family and lived in 5 different places as a kid including England.
Tiffany is a CPA and Managing Director with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in technical accounting and process improvement. At Growth Operators, she partners with clients to strengthen financial reporting, improve operational efficiency, and support transaction readiness.
Tiffany brings a well-rounded background across technical accounting, financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, and systems implementation. She has successfully led initiatives, including the adoption of ASC 842 lease accounting, budgeting process improvements, and enterprise system implementations. Her experience also includes supporting mergers and acquisitions and aligning finance functions to meet evolving business needs.
At Growth Operators, Tiffany leads Quality of Earnings (QofE) engagements and helped develop the firm’s proprietary QofE report. She is also passionate about mentoring finance teams and building efficient, scalable processes that support long-term growth.
