Outside of work, I stay active through martial arts and enjoy spending time with my son or training our German Shepherd puppy, Atlas, who keeps life interesting and active.
Andrea is an analytical finance professional focused on improving processes, strengthening operations, and turning financial data into actionable business insights. As a Senior Manager in the Finance Practice at Growth Operators, she partners with clients to identify opportunities for improvement, create efficiencies, and build more effective and scalable finance and accounting processes.
Her experience spans process design and improvement, internal controls, month-end close and reporting, and audit support. Andrea also brings international experience working with operations in Mexico and Sweden, giving her perspective on the financial processes, reporting requirements, and collaboration needed across geographically diverse teams.
