Something You Should Know
I’ve been singing and performing at a variety of venues around the Minneapolis area for decades. A recent highlight was performing the role of Mrs. Doris MacAfee in a community theatre production of Bye Bye Birdie this past summer.
Andrea has a passion for finding the right person for the right job. With nearly 20 years of HR management experience, she utilizes her high-level recruiting expertise along with a broad generalist background in her role at Growth Operators. Andrea enjoys the opportunity to bring in top-notch talent to the team and has recruited and onboarded well over half of our current staff. She has crafted an interview and onboarding experience that sets up new employees for success. Andrea works closely with the internal team and leaders to manage all HR operations and find solutions to complex business challenges. Well-versed in benefits management, compensation, payroll, HRIS, legal compliance, and employee relations, Andrea loves the fun of always learning and growing at Growth Operators.
