Molly Hiller is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Growth Operators, an operator-led professional services and advisory firm serving middle-market and private-equity-backed companies nationwide.
Since joining the firm in 2012, Molly has helped shape its client delivery model, operations, talent, strategy, and growth. Before becoming CEO, she served as President and Chief Financial Officer, leading the firm’s financial and operational performance through some of the strongest growth in its history—including five consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list.
Molly’s vision also led to the development of nextLEVEL®, Growth Operators’ foundational transformation assessment, which helps leadership teams uncover gaps, clarify priorities, and create an actionable roadmap for growth.
As CEO, Molly is expanding the firm’s people, capabilities, and client impact while advancing an AI-first mindset across how Growth Operators works and delivers value.
