Throughout my career, I’ve been actively involved in business strategy formation and championed the execution of talent management strategies tailored to the unique needs of organizations. Developed in partnership with key leaders, the talent management strategy is an agile framework to attract, develop, engage and retain talent with the aptitude and attitude to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

Change is a constant. I’ve had many opportunities to play a leadership role in large-scale change and transformation in businesses. Whether guiding through routine change, large-scale business systems, cross-functional key processes, large scale reorganizations or M&A work, the key is an integrated approach, with communication at the core.
I have played a leadership role in many mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, from both the acquirer and acquired viewpoint. My experience finds that building and aligning on the basis on talent, culture, and integration early in the process is essential for success.
